This page explains how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted content has been used without permission on any Bombiri Gaming platform, please follow the steps below to submit a formal notice.

Bombiri Gaming may remove or restrict access to content that appears to infringe on someone’s copyright, whether it’s on our website, social media, videos, streams, or community forums.
Repeat copyright offenders may be blocked, banned, or permanently removed from our platforms—no extra lives here.
📝 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you’re a copyright owner (or an authorized agent), and you believe your work has been used without permission on Bombiri Gaming platforms, send us a written notice that includes the following:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL or location where the infringing content appears
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

🔁 What Happens Next
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- We’ll review the claim and may temporarily remove or restrict access to the content in question
- We’ll notify the user responsible for the content
- They may file a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was incorrect or mistaken
🛡️ Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you’ve received a DMCA takedown notice and believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- Identification of the content and where it appeared before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was wrongly removed
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local U.S. Federal District Court (or another jurisdiction if outside the U.S.)
- Your electronic or physical signature
